  • The food is delicious but I cannot handle the VERY SLOW service. I have been to this location 3 times (it's close to my work) and I have gone at different times and it does not fail that every time I go, I wait close to 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! That is insane. It's NOT a good option for lunch because not only are you hungry you are waiting forever. Porta Via on Eglinton is always packed and I do not spend more than 10 minutes in that restaurant. They really need to figure out an assembly line or some time management skills. I love osmow's but I will not be back
