  • Terrible customer service. The owner was ALWAYS late for appointments. She even forgot to show up for my wedding day appointment and had to be called! The wait times were atrocious. Frequently four hours for a simple colour/style. I hated going here but couldn't find another black hair salon in my area. Thankfully that changed and I was able to walk away from this place for good!
