  • Note to self: NEVER EVER cheat on a stylist that has proven herself able to do your hair color!!!! Just drive the extra miles and remain loyal! I created a catastrophe! I love the lady who does my blowouts and after a year I finally let her do my color. BAD CALL! I ended up with lots of orange, uneven, chunks of color and had to go back to Arlene begging for forgiveness on my hands and knees! She used 9 hours of her life on my pumpkin head not only getting rid of the orange but making me blonde. She didn't complain, make me feel bad, eat, drink or whine. She fought through strand after stand of beaten up, discolored hair without a peep of discomfort. She never made me feel rushed and she sincerely wanted the best for both my look and the health of my hair. I can't thank her enough! See you soon for round 2 of black hair gone blonde!
