rev:text	Even before my cross-country move to Phoenix from the east coast was confirmed, I researched and talked to a number of agents to help with my upcoming search. Justin from the Gluch Group was by far the most responsive and helpful of any of the agents I contacted, so when the move was confirmed, you can guess who got the call! Being an out of state buyer, I wanted to maximize my on-the-ground time and worked with Justin, Brad, and Stephanie to set up what ended up being an insanely productive couple of days, and had an offer in before leaving town. They were truly on my side as we looked at houses - giving opinions, comparisons, and educating me throughout. They went far beyond what other agents I've worked with over the years have done...and I felt like I had an advocate and a coach with me for the ride. John gave some excellent advice throughout the offer and negotiation process, and the deal we ended up striking with the sellers was really fair. I'm very pleased with the deal terms, and the contracting was so smooth, with electronic signatures for nearly everything! The whole team was incredibly helpful, had great recommendations for resources as part of the move, and stayed in constant contact through closing. I especially appreciate their team approach - which puts more expertise on your side, but also means someone is always on and available...! Made a huge difference in my remote buying process.
