  • This location has the WORST customer service!! Came in 15-20 minutes before closing stating I had a extremely low tire - the man at the desk was blunt and sharp, quick to cut me off saying they close too soon and they weren't going to do anything about it. I asked if they could at least see if it was a nail/what not and was told no because that would take time and be a waste if they weren't fixing it. Can't say I've EVER had a business treat me so rudely. I understand closing time is at 7 but what business doesn't hold a standard to coming in with 15-20 minutes to spare? Lost my business for GOOD!! I'll be going to DISCOUNT TIRE in the morning where I've ALWAYS had AMAZING customer service and experiences and not treated like GARBAGE!!
