  • Bad service. The manager lied about the price for a 2 bedroom apartment. We rushed to make the application online (it is the only option), and some days later when we were to sign the lease they gave us a different price. If they lie to you from day one, what can you expect from them? Probably that's why Olen properties have the worst reviews online. Of course we are not getting back the money from the application ($110), even if the manager agreed that she made a mistake. Please save yourselves and stay away!!!
