| - This is by far the absolute worst furniture experience I have encountered. We visited the store on a Saturday and of course were met at the door by the hungry wolves (sales). We informed the lady we were just looking and continued walking. The sales lady made an annoying appearance every ten minutes. After about an hour of looking, we knew exactly what we wanted, so when then brought over the sales lady and told her. She gave us the total and it was higher than expected, so I asked for a breakdown. She had included their "treatment" for the sofa and ottoman and I instructed her to remove the charge, not interested. He huffed, "Well why not?". Because I sat through this ridiculous 30 minute waste of my time the last purchase I made and I don't want it! At this point, my patience are very thin. It took 30 minutes from that point to take my payment and put the balance on my card, just to be told it would be 10 days before they could deliver, great. Delivery day comes and they show up with the wrong sofa...you have got to be kidding me?? They take back the sofa and tell me Customer Service will reach out to me to reschedule. The next day, after I made multiple calls, I was informed it would be another week before they could come back out. I escalated to a manager just to find the same thing. So, I am canceling my order and will buy elsewhere. This would have been my third purchase from them in the past 9 months and I can assure you, I am done and will never spend another dollar with this organization AND if I could have given them zero stars, I would.
