  • Actually... every phone call received was returned. We were physically in your dealership. It took forever for the salesman to find keys for vehicles for us to test drive. When we decided on exactly the type vehicle and wanted to discuss pricing, your computers were down. Everything was a process and nothing flowed smoothly. We finally left to do our own research from home as your offices were incapable and we had already wasted too many hours there waiting. We were told by the salesman you wanted to sell a record 20 cars that day if possible and we were frankly willing to help you achieve your goal, ...at the start of our visit. But nothing could get accomplished. It was decided that our discount with my husband's firm was better than the Costco discount and that was what we would use. We had our own financing, already approved. Your salesman just did not follow up at all. We were in on the last day of August and willing to close on the vehicle if you would have it. We were not willing to pay additional $1200 shipping charge for a brand new 2015 vehicle. We still waited an additional five days and NOT ONE RESPONSE was received from your team. I asked that they speak with the sales manager regarding meeting our needs. It was indeed disappointing. Instead of coming home with a vehicle that night, we rented the car another week and continued to wait. In the end, we got the better deal elsewhere. It is obvious that your team is only willing to sell what is on the lot and easiest to move and they do not like dealing with people who have Costco or other fleet pricing available to them. We have since had this discussion with MANY others here, some of whom are Subaru owners and have had to make their purchases out of state because of your team's inadequacies. You may need to look more seriously at the flaws within your team. Thank you for following up here. I would have gladly spoken to you privately, had we only received such a call. The only follow up we received was from Costco and I was completely honest with them as well.
