I have been a member of anytime fitness for almost 2 months now. I will continue my membership for an indefinite period of time and am not really planning on changing gyms.
With a full array of free weights and enough universal weights to really do almost any exercise you want. there is really no difference in the quality and amount of equipment available in comparison to a larger gym like Goodlife Fitness. of course being in a smaller unit means that there is no pool or track, however this is no big deal as there is more than enough treadmills, stairclimbers, and bikes to make up for it.
Now by the same token, one of the benefits of the club is that it is very small and personable, and as the name suggests, you can go anytime. I really enjoy hitting at 2-3 am and having a completely empty gym to do my exercises.
The members are pretty cool, with the largest group being males aged 25-35, many of whom seem to be quite well regimented.
If you are looking for a smallish gym with a wide variety of equipment that is always accessible, give Anytime a shot.
