| - I've been to this car wash maybe a dozen times. It's free when I get my car serviced at the nearby dealer. It's as good a car wash as any (I used to go to the one at Green and Monticello which I quite liked). I never had a problem until yesterday.
The line was quite long but that's understandable, given that it was the first warm day in weeks. I got my prerinse and wash and scrub, and was heading towards the driers when I realized my car was still sudsy. My car then stops. I have not touched the breaks or gear shift, and I'm still mostly behind the driers, the light still red, not telling me to exit. Before I realize what's happening, the wash has advanced the car behind me far enough to bump me. I quickly pull out, car still covered in soap and wait for the vehicle behind me. The driver inspects his bumper and there's no damage, so he leaves. I go to complain to the guy directing traffic in, and he says that sometimes happens during high-volume days with a constant flow of cars. Needless to say, I really no longer feel I can trust the place, so I'll probably be switching to the place further east by the park, or the Alpaul at Cedar-Warrensville.
