I am a huge Dunkin person it is the only coffee i buy for home. I must say this location needs some TLC in customer service, quality and pricing. I understand franchises and the variations we may encounter in locations. Some how this one needs some corporate guidance. Bagged coffee prices always $2-4 higher then most other locations, donuts are more often stale and hard then ever fresh. Walk in no one is at counter on several occasions yet you here the horse play from the back of store. I kept overlooking these flaws as it was close but no longer sorry to say i will drive the extra 3-4 miles to get better coffee prices and donuts soft and moist. Advice to this franchisee if they read this. Completion is heavy i hope you can correct issues that haunt your location. Best of luck
