  • My wife and I went in the store yesterday at 5:15. We couldn't believe the 4 employees would not address us. The four employees were congregated around their desk in the back corner discussing general topics. We even walked right by them in order to get to the scratch and dent section behind them. Didn't even acknowledge us. Who runs this business? It really was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. This along with their store hours and no return policy makes me commit to never setting foot in a Potato Barn again.
