  • This place has potential, and we actually liked most of the beers we tried in our flights. Really have to knock them for service/quality control. We each got flights of differing beers but on the suggestion of the bartender we both tried Mai Bock which was a "have to try." We had to wait on it a bit because she was having trouble with the keg and the carbonation, which is totally fine. What wasn't is that after serving it and trying it, we let her know that the beer was totally flat. It seemed like it might have good flavor when right, but the lack of any carbonation made it undrinkable. What bothers me is instead of making it right when we let her know, she just indicated she knew it wasn't quite right but "owners are telling me to pour it." There was no offer to replace it with another beer. And after turning in our flights with empty glasses except the one offender, I heard her turn to another bartender and say they should maybe take it off. Still no offer to replace or refund on the beer. Just served us bad beer, acknowledged it was bad and didn't care.
