  • Sign says $19.99 oil change, they charged me $41 because of an additional $18 labor charge... I understand that labor should be included, but I also believe that is important to clarify that with the customer before moving forward. I call this false advertising and I'm very disappointed. However, they are very kind and professional. So it's up to you how much you want to pay.
