Botched delivery and installation. Still waiting to hear back from customer service, almost been a week. I was told that I'd have to wait 2-4 for delivery (which was a disappointment, pieces were damaged), and now I have to wait 2+ weeks for another "expert" to come out to confirm the damage and fault products, another 2+ weeks to order new parts, and yet another 2+ for the new parts to be delivered and hopefully installed correctly this time. Do yourselves a favor, take the drive to Akron, and stop by Wayside Furniture, and avoid this headache all together.
