rev:text	I love a good bargain. Big Lots usually has pretty good deals, and I often find myself here to stock up on household essentials. I like that they have such a wide variety of items too: decor, food, furniture, holiday. It's a one stop shop. Even better, when they clearance items- it's a steal! My review is specifically about my most recent trip. This location, to my surprise and delight, has recently been renovated and upgraded. It's clean, feels a bit more high-end (for a bargain store) and easy to navigate. I was mostly pleased with the customer service. As I neared the last few aisles with a very full cart, a young gentleman asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I was fine and he said that he would be around if I did need anything. I thanked him and within a few minutes headed to the register. When it got to be my turn, the cashier greeted me kindly and asked if I found everything okay. He quickly noticed my condition (8 months pregnant with an overflowing cart!) and made the check out process as easy as possible for me. The first gentleman came over and between the two of them, they got everything rung up and in a new cart quickly and without me having to do much of anything. The cashier then met me on the other side of the register, pushed the cart out to my car and insisted on loading everything into the trunk for me. I was blown away by how kind these guys were! It really took the experience to a whole new level. Will definitely be back again soon.
