  • Visited here back in November for a friend's birthday, walked in and waited 20 minutes and no one came over to help my friend and me. When I was browsing through the shoes to see which one I wanted to buy, the black male security guard rudely comments "don't touch unless you have the money little girl". excuse me? I know I'm not some 40 year old cougar or Asian housewife, but I have a great job and definitely have the 'money'. We left and called corporate after, they were appalled and reported the incident. Luckily I live near south coast plaza so I just went there and was treated a lot better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, GO TO THE PALAZZO.
