  • My wife went for a cleaning. They said she needed a deep cleaning and would not do a regular cleaning. We paid $95 for a Smile Save plan. A week later, she saw another dentist who cleaned her teeth saying that in no way did she need a deep cleaning. I've asked for a refund and disputed the charge. I feel like they were trying to rip us off with the deep cleaning.
