  • Just had a wedding block at the Hilton last weekend for our daughter's wedding. I cannot say enough about the service. We are NOT from Cleveland, so we did not know what to expect. The Hilton surpassed everything that we asked of them. From the bellmen, to the amazing views from our suite, to the brunch for the wedding party...service was amazing. Working with the Hilton staff prior to the event was easy, convenient, and positive. This hotel is new, clean, and has a positive vibe. The bar on the 32nd floor was a wonderful place to meet old and new friends. I will continue to take advantage of what Cleveland has to offer in the coming years and Hilton Downtown Cleveland will be my first choice in my hotel accommodations.
