I have never in my life experienced such a lack of empathy and patient care. After being told I need to been seen immediately regarding my thyroid ultrasound I was turned away by the receptionist because they didn't accept my insurance and wouldn't let me pay for the service at a later date which could have all been solved when I called them for the appointment and asked them if they needed my insurance info since it has changed since the last visit and was told "no, they didn't need it until the time of the visit". I have a nodule pushing on my throat making it difficult to drink anything and have no idea what my results are because I was told "the medical assistant will call me". Well guess who never got a phone call! I drove 45 minutes out of my way and no one could take a second out of their day to relay important medical information to me! I'm disgusted at the patient care here.
