  • Well I must say, this was the worst experience I ever had getting a haircut. It was even worse than Country Clippers which is saying a lot. It was the weekend, I checked their hours online, and it said that they were open until 5pm. I had arrived at 4:30pm so clearly there was plenty of time for me to get a haircut, and as I walked in, I was greeted with "Sorry buddy, I'm about to leave." Now I looked at the time, and I was clearly there 30 minutes before they were about to close, and several people were getting haircuts. I then said, "If you are closed, why is your door unlocked?," the greeter said (not really a greeter more of a poor excuse of a greeter) "I'm about to get out of here." I then said, "I will give you a big tip" he said "okay." I said, "All I want is a buzz, that's it." He then started accusing me while he was cutting my hair. He said, "Look what you're doing, now everyone's coming in and wants a haircut." I had plenty of time to get a haircut, and if he wanted to close 30 minutes early, he should have had a close sign on his door, and the door should have been locked, so that was his fault. He then said, "Are you from out of town?" I said, "No, I'm from here" and then I told him I lived right nearby, and he started to treat me differently all of a sudden. I then called him out and said, "It's funny how you're treating me so kindly now" and then he said, he thought I was someone else. After the disaster experience, I stuck to my word and did give him a good tip. He charged $16 for a simple buzz cut, and even though his customer service was horrendous, I still gave him a $20. He gave me no thank you, no I appreciate it, just a laugh and a smirk. He won't be laughing about this review when a bunch of people see how bad his customer service is. Chubbier fellow, and terrible personality, and terrible customer service, I definitely can get a better haircut in the mall at the barber there, for a cheaper price, and way better customer service. No one should have to go through what I went through, just to get a haircut.
