  • You've gotta love Toby's - it's a true Wisconsin supper club: great fish fry, relish tray, dark interior with lots of leather, and windows so dark you can't tell if it's day or night. I'd give it solid 4/5 for a fish fry and sides, just note it gets pretty busy, so expect to wait over an hour, but the bar is happy to serve you a couple old fashions to get started.
