  • The manager right now is AMAZING! I wanted to start with that because she made a big difference in this review. Let me break it down for you; I just moved out after a 3 year stint with Timbertree and the experience was up and down for the most part. The complex itself is falling apart and the company continues to put a "bandade" on each problem; ie water pipe breakages and A/C problems. The area is going downhill fast and they need a renovation desperately. Needless to say, the management here is stellar! I was very frustrated this last year because the A/C and water went out every 3-4 month, but the manager was professional and did everything she could to make it better. During the exit walk through, she was extremely fair and I actually got money back from my deposit! I knew I wasn't going to get all of it because of normal wear-and-tear with the carpet and stuff but she was very understanding and great through the whole process. Final grades...
