My initial visit did not go as planned. To my surprise I immediately received a call from Eric Nielson, the GM apologizing for my experience, providing a reasonable explanation for the mishap and offering to make it right. Once I returned to the dealership, I spoke with Eric and we executed the original agreement timely and accurately. I felt Eric was genuine with his apology. There were no games and I felt that my time was valued by Eric and his team. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is the market to purchase a car solely because of excellent customer service.
