My family and I used crossroads Dental for about a year. At first we were happy with their service but as time went on we became suspicious of their practices. We were always quoted the most expensive procedures with no mention of the standard dental practices that are widely accepted. Their being 5 of us we started to notice a pattern. At this office all roads lead to root canals, implants, crowns and inlays.
We switched to a new dentist and our diagnosis changed from root canals and inlays to basic fillings. The new dentist even went as far as showing us pictures of the effected teeth and explained what was wrong. We intentionally did not tell the new dentist the previous diagnosis so we could get an unbiased opinion.
