  • We made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. TMC made it very clear that both my husband and I had to be present for the appointment. After waiting 1.5 hours TMC called and indicated that that their appraiser was not going to make it. Unreliable, very unprofessional! Book with a more reputable company and save yourself the headache!
