  • While scouting for a bicycle for myself and my wife, we did go to various Cycle stores. By far, Probike was amongst the best experience. This specific store gets special mention. The staff were outstanding, extremely courteous , very polite and ready to help with every question we had. Josh Carson was the rep assisting us. He was very patient, gave my wife all the bicycles she wanted to try. Gave tips and made the buying experience a pleasure. To top it, we took delivery of a particular Liv Alight, and after reaching home, my wife thought about getting a smaller size. The store ( Jeff and Alexi ) made sure the exchange was a no fuss / no hassle experience. I definitely recommend looking up this store for a bike.
