Please tell your sales people to NOT ring door bells during dinner time. Rude and persistent won't get me to change from a company who has given me excellent service at a lower price point. Our blinds were open and Jake should have been able to see our family was finishing our dinner.
You want to sell me something? Read the clues. Know your product, and be willing to give me more than your promotional pricing. I asked questions to see how far he'd go, he needs more training on what services are offered and if your products hurt beneficial pests.
