  • Holts is an upscale department store, along the lines of Nordstrom or similar. It stocks a lot of high end names like Chanel and Gucci in small stand alone boutiques, as well as some midrange labels like Theory and Diane Von Furstenberg. It's a nice space, although their stock is a little limited compared to going to a Saks or Neiman Marcus in the US. Nice shoe department featuring a good selection of Louboutins. Often too rich for my pocketbook, but I have gotten some really nice classic pieces, like a black Burberry blazer, during their semi-annual sales when items are 50-60% off. I've always found their customer service to be good to excellent. They're good about returns, I was able to return a skirt that I bought at the Holts in Vancouver even though I was a day past the return date, without any problems.
