  • Comparing shipping services worldwide, this one is a good one. For work I need to regularly send fragile, large items with pre-printed return labels. Technically UPS does NOT offer that for some reason unless you jump through a couple of loops. The people in this shop are always super helpful and I am grateful I can skip a lengthy discussion on "we don't offer that - yes, it can be done if you do xyz and please please please do it, and thaaaaaaaank you so much for doing it." Here I simply come in, state what I need and in a few minutes I get it. Super easy, polite, smart, effective. Works for me. Wish I could take the store or at least the staff along on my trips, that would help a lot.
