I've been to Olives once a year for the past 5 years for business dinners. It is consistently in my top 2 Vegas dining experiences, and easily #1 when price is taken into account. I love the amount of diversity in the menu which is relatively small. One need not be limited to steak & seafood while only looking at a page or two of offerings. Everyone had something different and four out of five were very pleased with their food (the one dissenter ordered a pasta dish and said it was "ok"). I had the pork chop and it was better than the ribeye I had the night before at N9NE steakhouse(!!). Everyone also commented on the olive tapenades & olives. Wait staff provided just the right amount of attention. My customers really enjoyed their view of the Bellagio fountains, too! I will continue to visit Olives as long as it (and me) are around!
