  • This company is very disorganized and unprofessional. I paid for the insurance as agreed upon for just one day with Samantha and since have been charged several times by this company who also stated that they gave me a refund which I have never received. I spoke to a manager by the name of Izzy who thought it was funny that they keep charging me even going as far as calling me a liar after my bank statement was produced showing the charge. This is the only Enterprise location that has been unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. I have had to report them to the better business bureau.
