  • Called yesterday to make an appointment for a full groom. We had scheduled the appointment at 10am the very next day. I show up about 5-10 minutes early and when I arrive I am told that there are 2 dogs ahead and it would take 3 hours before they get to my dog. I felt that scheduling the appointment was completely useless and the fact that I wasted my time driving over there when they could of at least notified me over the phone ahead of time.
