  • Vegas Terry gave me a call today and made things right. From what I understand, he is the owner. Despite having an unusually unpleasant experience with VIP Red Carpet, I am willing to utilize their services in the future. Terry took the time and explained the circumstances of my experience from the company's perspective and assured me that this was not something that should have happened. Look, they're a successful company and the reviews prove it...that's why I went with them (or tried to) in the first place. They know their stuff and are experts in the industry. Super classy move by him- reaching out by phone and really letting me know that what happened to me, was unacceptable and not a normal thing. I respect that gesture and it totally lifted any bad vibes I had previously.
