  • I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times now. The reason for 3 stars is because they are hit or miss. The last time I checked in, 3pm, they were giving me 2 queen beds but I booked for 1 king bed, so I had to wait until 4pm to get what I reserved for? 1 hour difference? SMH Anyway, I love that it's non smoking, but for some reason we get really stuffy when we are in the room, especially at night, when we wake up in the morning our nostrils are dry. Could be the vent/ac? Once we step outside we are okay. Anyway, I love their whirlpool and their full kitchen. The Bed, sofa and pillows are just ok. I also like that after partying all night I could just walk from the lobby a few steps to the elevator and back in my room! Going out tho, taxi takes forever to come, I'm not sure who's responsible for that but compare to other hotel taxis where they are quick it can be a pain. Valet parking only.
