rev:text	Since I had such a wonderful visit the first time, I thought I would switch my children to this dentist because it was closer. Both of my boys appointments were always late by 30 to 45 minutes and the benefits planner just did not do her job. She also told me some story that my son's birthdate was wrong that is why she couldn't get his benefits so I called the next day to my health insurance and his birthdate was just fine and infact I was told that no one has contacted them regarding my son's benefits. It boils down to that fact she did not do her job and wasted my time and my families for nothing. I called the office and spoke with her and she was condesending in her tone and could care less that I was upset with her quality. I bet she didn't pass this on the the Doctors who are amazing. It's a shame.
