I didn't really expect to (or understand?) finding a California style outdoor shopping area in Cleveland, but I can imagine this being a great place to spend a chunk of one of the twelve nice summer days in the area.
The Nordstrom Rack is apparently a new, and of course, extremely valuable addition to the complex. I was also excited to find a well-sized Francesca's Collections outlet, which is a growing chain of stores that stocks a unique collection of accessories, sadly not represented out in MA!
Overall, the shopping options get a B+, as long as you're in a mood to spend. But that said, -- and this is confirmed by friends that live in Cleveland -- I found deals/ sales to be decidedly better than ones I've seen in the same stores on the East coast. Function of being in Cleveland? I'm not complaining!
