  • This is fast food sushi, so my expectations were dropped, it's great for a fast custom roll, but lacked the flavor, quality and care that exists in a traditional sushi bar. If you are looking for fast and custom (and custom is pretty awesome here), this is a place for you. I have my doubts about them knowing the tradition of sushi making and didn't see any "running water".
