  • Cox communications is the worse Internet provider in the world they do not care about their customers they don't care enough to even send a real trained tech to your house for the last month and a half my Internet speeds have been terrible. My lowest speed was 4 mbps for down and I pay for 150 mbps down. They have sent 5 techs to my house 3 techs weren't even Cox employees they were contractors that don't know their field. Cox also doesn't care that my Internet needs to be on for my daughters eeg testing over night. Cox needs to be sued for false advertising and false representation of their speeds being provided. Everyone check your speeds if they are not right call them make them fix them. Check your speeds at cox.net do not settle for anything but 5 mbps under your paid speed and tell them you want credits everytime that speed lowers. Let's make Cox do their job and stop being a piece of shit monopoly in vegas that gives 3rd world internet. It's sad that a company with no real competition in the valley can't get it right.
