Could not be more disappointed.
I have been waiting on my car for nearly a month, after initially being told it "might take two weeks." I have received no phone calls, only minimally informative text messages saying "your completion date has been updated." I've received three of these, and little to no sympathy from the manager or support staff. My vehicle, the one that I'm paying for, has sat in the shop for minimal work this entire month, and no one has taken the time to explain why.
I've experienced much more customer service from other body shops.
If I had a chance to do this over again, I would not choose this shop simply because my insurance suggested it.
I seriously cannot make myself believe that the reviews below are for the same Body Shop I am working with. Perhaps they are under a different management?
I have had nothing positive with these people.
Go with a Mom and Pop shop, or anywhere else. Your bound to be treated with more regard!
