  • I came in to your shop earlier this month with a flat tire, after the 2 and a half business days later when i recieved not only a different tire, one with a diffrent tread type (Directional Vs Symmetircal) the tire was mounted backwords. I had to leave the country for the last 10 days or I would have made this an immediate priorty to be fixed. I cannot accept this kind of fix from a large dealership that i invested a 1000$ tire warranty, Currently tire your department replaced my tire with RIken Raptor X and is at a cost of $61.95 Per tire. WITH a TWO year warranty. coming to a total of 247.80 for 4 New tires with warranty. I was told the Warranty I have is to replace tires with what the Vehicle manufactor recommends not what ever fits. I also would not have even agreed with this swap had i been told that this is the tire i had to wait 2 days to get. so not only did it take from monday at 230pm till wednesday at 4pm to get it back to me mounted on the correct side. i recieved a product i was stuck with and had not option but to be forced to accept. The Excuse i got for having to wait this time was that the tire that i had an issue with was no longer availble, well im no car dealership let alone an Autionation "the nations largest" but with a quick Google search i was able to locate a tire that is identical to what i was told is no longer available. At this point I do not know what you guys have to do to fix this but I absolutely am not satisfied with any part of this service and I would still like to have this sitiation fixed.
