Customer Service at this store is not their highest priority. I'm not sure whats is though. They had one girl checking with a line. She was on the phone with a customer and someone in the back. Instead of calling another sales associate she just kind of stood there not facing or acknowledging the customers. Very poor customer service this is probably the last time I will go to this store. I can spend my money on my furry kids elsewhere and be treated with courtesy and respect. I wasn't the only miffed customer in that line. I hope corporate sends the entire team management on down to customer service classes. This could be a great store it is in a good location with middle to upper middle class clientele. But really that is beside the point ANY customer walking through their door should be treated as a valued customer since that is where their paychecks derived.
