If you can get everything you need in one stop, give them a try, but if anything needs to be ordered forget it! We wanted a cork floor installed in one of our bedrooms. Their estimator came out and took measurements. We then had to wait for two weeks until the material was received. When the installation was almost finished, the contractor told us that the estimate was incorrect and that we needed more material. I was told by Lumber Liquidators that I would have to wait for 10-14 days (read 2 weeks in reality) for the material to be ordered received again. I could, however, pay an extra $20 to have the material expedited in 2-3 days, which we did. I told them that I felt they should 'eat' the $20 since they screwed up, but that fell on deaf ears. Just another inept bunch of people doing a below average job.
