  • By far the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SHOP! This place may look nice and new but the way that they do business is UNACCEPTABLE and low class. The woman who works at the front (Brianna) is rude, uneducated and looks like she's on drugs. The person they had do my nails (Kevin) is inexperienced, confused and cannot even do a decent polish change! My nails are uneven, flat and he rushed through my service! I'm not sure if they service people of other ethnicities like mine (African American) but they are not friendly here. Very inexperienced and overpriced for the services they provide. Not to mention when I complained about my nails being rushed Brianna lied and said my service took an hour! Which it didn't! I was in that chair for all of 30 mins 40 mins tops! We spent 15 mins trying to figure out who was going to do my nails and picking a color. She said I showed up at 3:30 and the time was 2:30 at the end of my service. Like I said unprofessional and confused. I felt rushed and they shouldn't have had me come in if Kevin did not have the proper amount of time to do a decent job on my nails. This place is seriously only for people who don't care about the look of their nails and are ok with a halfway decent nail job. If you're someone who wants a good shape and even nails maybe go somewhere else like Shimmer Nails in Las Vegas! I only came to this shop because it's closer to my house and I only had an hour and a half to spare. I will never make that mistake again. I go to Neemah at shimmer nails and she's the best in Las Vegas!
