Honestly I should have stayed closer to home and went to Famous Dave's. I wanted to be impressed with Rollin' Smoke and unfortunately I wasn't. Cool logo, but customer service and food was sub par. We were greeted (I take that back, the order lady, Sophia) just glared at us when we stepped up to order. No hi or hello, it was like we were annoying her. She treated everyone like this so I didn't feel singled out. We got our food, brisket sandwich and pulled piggy sandwich. I felt like the meat could only be saved by drowning it in sauce. Mac and Cheese and Cornbread was good, but I wanted great BBQ and it came up short. The restaurant is a weird layout too. If it's a cold day sit in the inner portion of the restaurant. The area by the order counter is by the door which never closes. Even the employees won't shut it when they go in and out, so it can get cold while you are eating. There are better BBQ joints in town...I suggest trying another place.
