  • PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPT!!!! My oil change was supposed to be 69.00. I expect it to be 69.00 when I go check out. That amount was agreed upon when the ticket writer gave me the cost for oil change and wash. I go to pay and notice my bill is 75.00 without tax. I look closely and notice they charge me 3.00 for the car wash and 3.00 for an oil plug. So I contested it not because of the cost but out of principle. The girl behind the counter quickly took off the car wash fee but didn't want to take off the plug fee. I stood my ground explaining that fee should be included in the oil change. She then called the automotive guy who quickly said oh I am sorry the computer just does that and told the girl to just take it off. Now I appreciate them fixing my bill but how many others do they do this to in hopes of not noticing it. Buyer beware!!
