I brought my iPhone 5s in to repair my cracked phone screen and my home button.
When my phone was returned the button wasn't laying even and the screen would fade from regular to a faded grey filter. It would stop for a while and then come back on normally.
I called and was told to bring it in today if I wanted it fixed. I work 9-9 daily so I had my dad bring my phone to them. He tried telling my father nothing was wrong with it.
It worked fine when I got it back.
But after charging it started fading again so I called and he told me it was my phone and not the replaced screen. But I tried explaining my phone has never done this before. He explained that my phone is in "horrible" condition when in actuality it's pretty good, it all worked great.
Now the whole right side of my phone is grey and there is nothing he can do.
I'm frustrated. I spent $120 to get a grey screen but he agreed to give me a refund.
Update: I had my dad, because I was working, go and try to get the refund that I was promised. He went in and the guy said that he told me that if I brought the screen back he would give me $70. Um not what you said. He then proceeded to argue with my dad when my father was just stating facts that I had been told. Needless to say I'm out my money and going after the business.
