  • For the last several months I have spent several thousand dollars at Bedrosians and had a good relationship with my sales associate. Last week we came down to the final pieces and I telephoned the store to confirm with my regular sales associate that they could match a specific cut size and finish in a specific color of granite for a backsplash. She advised "Yes, no problem", and requested I bring in a sample Today I took in the sample and unfortunately my regular sales rep was not there. I had the displeasure of dealing with a "Kaitlyn" who advised me that " I was mistaken" and she did not know who would tell me that could match and make that size piece. I assured her the sales rep did and she said "well I am the Manager and I am telling you we cannot!" I asked if I could leave the sample for when my sales rep came in and she refused allowing me to even leave it. She then turned her back on me and walked away. Bedrosians staff will always be smiling when they are taking your money, but don't believe what they tell you. When you do trust what they say, and you get in a jam, they will turn their back to you and walk away. In closing, I have my kitchen to start on next and then a 3,200 sq ft vacation home which is all in tile. Bedrosians just lost all that business. Good job Kaitlyn , you just cost your store and my sales associate about $10,000 in sales !!!
