rev:text	Welcome to an evening of food Bliss! Stopped in at Hexx the other night with my son. What a treat we had! Jessica was our server and please when you go, Request Jessica! She is top works by far! Her recommendations were perfect! We started out with "Smothered Fries", okay, you can almost make this one a meal by itself - OMG - The Cheese Curds, excuse my drool, all of this cheese with the right amount of pulled pork (LOTS) and this fab gravy toping it all off! In between we had "Maryland Crab Cakes", just the right amount of everything in them! By far my FAVORITE of them would be the "Crispy Broccolini" OUTSTANDING! The balsamic dressing they are tossed with To Die For! We had time to enjoy the fountains between our courses, we were sitting on the patio! We then had a visit from Michael the GM! What a personal touch this made! The night is Incredible! Our entrée's arrived in perfect timing. We both had steaks tonight, I had the 7oz Filet, OMG, this steak was EXQUISITE, and boy do I LOVE red meat, cooked to perfection this was! My son had the 14oz Rib-Eye which was just as enjoyable as mine! They were served with grilled asparagus, the only way to eat it in my opinion! Dessert was so fun! We were treated to an ice-cream cone tasting Extravaganza! We had 8 different flavors, my favorite was the pistachio! Not to be let down by the Chef, we were toured in the Chocolate Factory, and learned quite a bit about Chocolate, where it is grown, and how they prepare it! We also had the opportunity to try each of the chocolates they offer as well. How Amazing this night was! They should be a must on any trip to Vegas!
