  • I set up an appointent to have the oil changed in my truck and to have an alignment done. I was told they would need my truck for no more than 2 hours the day I made my appointment. Today I dropped my truck off at 9:30 am, 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Again was told they would need my truck for 2 hours. I came at 1:30 pm to get ny truck and they STILL HAD NOT even begun to work on it. It was still sitting in the same parking spot I left it in. Even if they were to have started work on it immediately, it would have been 6 hours they had my truck by the time they were done. Prior to this I always recommended this location. Not anymore. I will not support a business that does not respect appointment times they have scheduled their customers for.
